Llantarnam Bakers Double

Llantarnam Bakers Double

This evening Brothers Heath and Michael Baker were exalted into Llantarnam Royal Arch Chapter. The Brothers were initiated into Freemasonry together and now continue their Masonic journey as Brothers, Brethren and now companions of Llantarnam Royal Arch Chapter. The ceremony was followed by a festive season themed festive board with all the Christmas decorations and trimmings courtesy of Companion Stuart Howells.

Anyone who has been a Master Mason for four weeks can join—and should aspire to join the Royal Arch, because becoming a Companion of the Order continues their voyage of discovery.

Huge thanks to Worshipful Brother Gareth White, Brother Stuart Howells and their wives for organising and delivering a great afternoon.

Henllys Cheese, Wine and Port

Henllys Cheese, Wine and Port

Friday evening Brethren from Henllys Lodge together with friends and family met at Pontypool Masonic Centre to enjoy a social evening accompanied by generous amounts of cheese with a little wine and Port. The evening was organised by Worshipful Brother David Llewellyn and the very generous cheese board was provided by Brother Wayne Jones. W. Bro. David also provided one of his excellent quizzes which tested the musical and general knowledge of all present. Brother John Coombs (of Henllys and Pagham Lodge) together with his wife travelled all the way from Aldwick, near Bognor Regis to join in the frivolities. The following day, the social gathering resumed with W. Bro. Dave Llewellyn and Brothers, John Coombs, Wayne Jones and Talbot Thrush meeting up again.
